Pilar M. Hernandez is a hospitality executive with more than 20 years of People Operations leadership built primarily in San Francisco, one of the nation's most complex, highly regulated hospitality markets, with regional experience across multiple U.S. brands and properties, in both union and non-union environments, and international service in Mexico. She currently serves as Co-Chair of CoralTree Hospitality's CORE Council, a leadership initiative focused on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, and brings to Acts of Service a career shaped by the belief that how we develop and support people inside hospitality determines everything that happens outside of it. -

Melissa Andretta

Melissa Tytko Andretta brings more than 20 years experience in travel & tourism and has spent 11 years as Director of Aviation Marketing & Development at San Francisco International Airport, one of the most dynamic intersections of hospitality, travel, and city identity in the world. A Georgetown University graduate, Melissa is one of those people who makes every person in a room feel genuinely seen. She has strong leadership experience and an instinct for connection. A connection through Leadership San Francisco it became clear quickly that she belonged in this work. Drawn to Acts of Service to make a real impact in the industry she loves. -

Andrea Granados

Andrea Granados is a Senior Project Manager at JMA Ventures specializing in hospitality development and construction, with more than seven years leading projects from inception to completion across San Francisco, New York City, and the Caribbean, overseeing site selection, budgeting, permitting, and contractor management for some of the industry's most demanding markets. She holds a Master's in Real Estate Development from NYU and brings particular expertise in adaptive reuse, the art of transforming existing spaces into thriving hospitality destinations while honoring their history. -

Jesse Lexson

Jesse Lexson is a hospitality executive with more than 20 years of experience spanning hotel operations, finance, and business development, including opening ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas as Hotel Manager, where he led a team of 100+ employees to Forbes Four Star and AAA Five Diamond standards. He currently serves as Senior Director at The Chartres Lodging Group in San Francisco, and brings to Acts of Service a career built across some of the industry's most recognized brands and markets, with deep expertise in the financial and operational mechanics that drive hospitality businesses forward. -

Alex Lexson

Alex Lexson is a 20+ year hospitality veteran who build her career across Las Vegas and San Francisco's luxury market, one of her greatest achievements was opening ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, one of the worlds largest luxury resorts. She's held operations leadership roles throughout her career and served eight years in the U.S Army as a Staff Sergeant and Instructor. She founded Acts of Service because the mentorship and opportunity that shaped her career shouldn't be the exception and this organization exists to make sure it isn't.
